When will my record ship?

Because of COVID-19, pressing plants are backed-up beyond belief. Shipping estimates are listed under each release, but we will email you if anything changes with your order!

Is there a limit on how many records I can purchase?

Each item will have a limit listed in the description (ex. one per customer, two per customer, etc). If you exceed this limit, you will be refunded for your order.

What if my record comes in damaged?

If you have something like a bent corner/ding in the sleeve/seam split unfortunately we cannot provide a replacement, as that's due to USPS's handling of your package, and we don't print extra sleeves. If you would like to avoid seam splits please write "I would like my record desleeved" in the Special Instructions section of your order. 

If your record comes chipped/cracked/looks like a gorilla got to it, email us at support@sgrdistro.com with photos and your order number. Let us know within 1-2 days of receiving your order, otherwise you will not be eligible for a replacement. Also please include in your email if you'd prefer a replacement of the same variant (if available), any variant available, store credit, or a partial refund. 

How can I press vinyl with SGR?

Where do you press your vinyl?

All of our products are sourced locally through small businesses.
