Ordering
When will my record ship?
Shipping estimates are listed under each release, but you can always reach out and ask if you need an update!
Is there a limit on how many records I can purchase?
Each item will have a limit listed in the description (ex. one per customer, two per customer, etc). If you exceed this limit, you will be refunded for your order.
What if my record comes in damaged or not like the mock up?
Digital mock ups are just a representation of what the vinyl variant will look like. There will be some variation to the final product in terms of colors.
If your record comes chipped/cracked/looks like a gorilla got to it, email us at support@sgrdistro.com with photos and your order number. Let us know within 1-2 days of receiving your order, otherwise you will not be eligible for a replacement. Also please include in your email if you'd prefer a replacement of the same variant (if available), any variant available, store credit, or a partial refund.
